Give your team an experience that can be used as a great ice-breaking, unique meet and greet, a relationship building and a simply fantastic social event that they’ll really remember. If you're looking for a way to have fun and give your group an opportunity to meet a ton of the people gathered with you, this is the perfect program choice!

Whether it's over a preset meal and beverages, or just an hour to stretch your proverbial legs together, Switch It Up Live is a great way for your team to get better acquainted, celebrate team success, or create a springboard of enthusiasm and energy for a meeting or executive gathering!

During the program (or between courses) we'll conduct entertaining team challenges to get everyone talking, laughing and working together.

How the Activity Works

Our energetic and entertaining Teambonders host and facilitation team coordinate the program on-site and oversee all of the collaborative games and exercises.  Your group will be divided into teams and play up to 3 activities collaboratively with up to 2 rounds in each.  After each activity is finished, we announce a winner!  Then we "Switch It Up" and the teams are shuffled and the next game begins with a completely new makeup of teams for the group!  You can predetermine the makeup of the teams for each round too.

It's all on us here! We take care of everything!  So, dig in and enjoy a fun-filled Switch It Up Live, in-person, corporate event with Teambonders.
