Release the creative artists within your team! Your on-site Teambonders host and our facilitation team will guide your group through an introductory art lesson, covering brush-strokes and technique, prior to starting your masterpiece. Watercolors or acrylics…portraits or landscapes, we offer complete flexibility in program elements, structure & design
Whether the ultimate goal is to create a group mosaic that everyone contributes to – or an expressionistic painting of your brand – we can tailor the activity to suit your corporate needs and event theme.
How the Activity Works
Groups will need to quickly brainstorm together and come up with an overall concept and artistic game plan. Once agreed, teams are encouraged to sketch their designs onto their canvases at first, in pencil. Once confident in their artistic blueprints, teams are welcome to take some time to practice with the Big Paint Brush contraption – on extra supplied paper.
We supply everything needed to produce large canvas paintings or other artwork such as mosaics.
This is a collaborative team building activity and the purpose is to get everyone on the same canvas and make something that represents the view of the team. It's fun. Relaxing. Entertaining.
The takeaway is not only a piece of artwork for your workspace, but the feeling of working together with team mates in a social and positive way.
