Build a Secret Super Structure
This building activity for corporate teams is not only constructive, when it comes to collaboration skills, but will put your group in-charge of constructing an amazing free standing structure. The fun is in the competition and the unusual challenge of building with an array of low-tech, rudimentary materials.
Construction activities are a great way to unite a team and have a lot of fun with hands-on entertainment, that also gets people talking, sharing ideas and working together.
The 'Construction Crews' will be in the dark about what they'll be building until the very start - then it's all hands on deck (or platform) to figure out how to use the materials and finish in time. Bonus materials can be earned by earning them from the on-site Teambonders host and our facilitation team.
This activity will put the teams' collective problem solving, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills to the ultimate test. Who will Tower Above the Rest and be crowned champions?
How the Activity Works
Each team will have a varied Supply Depot of construction materials. Your Teambonders facilitator will be on hand to guide the activity and ensure a fun-filled experience.
Not all the instruction details will be provided. Teams will need to think outside of the box and be on top of time-management. The count-down clock brings a sense of urgency and competitive pressure to get things 'building'. When time is up, it's time to measure-up and see who has the tallest structure!
