The Teambonders Cupcake Boss challenge will present your corporate group with the challenge of creating a grand scale cupcake cake, sculpture, or anything you can imagine using chocolate and vanilla cupcakes as your base-food edible.

Teambonders makes preparing food a dynamic and exciting collaborative and competitive experience. This team building program boosts morale and creativity all in a non-intimidating way. Team members step out of their "at-work" roles and learn new ways to relate and communicate with each other. The delicious food they create becomes the focus for working together on common goals, sharing responsibility, and appreciating individual skills.

How the Activity Works

Your teams will create a MULTITUDE of mini delectable treats – all within the set time limit.  A whole slew of ingredients and equipment will be provided for each of the teams to ponder over and utilize. What they do with all of the choices is totally up to them!

Teams will be challenged to create the best quality cupcake cake, have the best overall aesthetic presentation and of course, taste the most delicious as judged by either their peers or pre-determined judges. When the “time’s up” buzzer goes off, each Team must stop everything and submit their creations for judging.

The Cupcake Boss program is a tasty diversion from routine work environment interactions, and your team will enthusiastically come together for this sweet team building activity.
