Being a Teambonders event, you know that we'll throw in some extra challenges to get your team working together, energized and engaged. Win a challenge and earn Bucks to spend in the Toy Shop, to buy extra bling and items for your newly minted toys.
We provide everything needed to execute this great team event and when you’re all done, your creations are donated to your very own cause of choice. If your organization doesn’t already have a specific cause selected, we can help you to choose one that fits your identity!
How the Activity Works
Groups are divided up into teams and given the instructions, parts and materials to build a toy. We have lots of pre-created options but we can also help come up with some ideas that fit your company culture or a favourite charity.
Your on-site Teambonders host and our facilitation team will ensure a collaborative, fun atmosphere that brings everyone together. From the kick-off to the final ceremony, we're there to create a positive, memorable time for everyone.
Toys for Tots is one of our Bonding for a Cause™, team building programs. It's a perfect Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity that will connect your employees or co-workers with the actual donation. It's the hands-on and heart-felt team activity that gives smiles long after the event concludes.
