Cute and cuddly wins the day! Are you looking for a team building activity that will support a local charity or a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative? We have one that will warm your heart.
Your corporate teams will be challenged to design, make and decorate a huge variety of stuffed animals and clothing; all for children that can desperately use a bit of hope and love in their lives. Beneficiaries can include hospitals, toy drives, law and fire enforcement, charities and local primary schools.
But, it's not all about stitches and cuddling - your team will be working together to solve fun challenges in order to accumulate points for the Teddy Bear Store. Items for purchase include: bear costumes, decorative items, voice modules and gift boxes.
How the Activity Works
Each team will design and create giant-sized 16” Teddy Bear (or alternative plush toy creature) to be donated to the cause(s) of your choice. Teams naturally want to compete for the best store items, so everyone gets involved in the challenge games.
Your skilled Teambonders host and our facilitators are always on hand and as engaged as the teams would like. We are there to aid in the creative processes. Working together, teams will conquer this extremely out-of-the-ordinary building challenge.
Get ready to construct a plush toy that will delight a child and spread cheer. This team building activity is a fun addition to corporate seasonal and holiday events, teamwork initiatives, and corporate responsibility programs.
