Helping Hands is a powerful, purpose-driven team-building experience that challenges participants to work together to assemble functional prosthetic hands for individuals in need around the world.
Every component must be carefully fitted, tested and prepared to meet specific quality standards. Participants quickly discover that success requires clear communication, shared leadership, problem-solving and close attention to detail.
The work is meaningful. The outcome is tangible. And every member of the team has an important role to play.
How the Activity WorksParticipants work in small teams and receive the components, tools and instructions required to assemble a functional prosthetic hand.
Teams must organize their materials, interpret the instructions, divide responsibilities and support one another throughout the construction process. Once the hand has been assembled, participants carefully inspect and test their work to ensure it functions correctly.
Teams will also personalize the hand’s carrying case with colourful artwork and encouraging messages for its future recipient, creating a meaningful human connection between the participants and the individual who will ultimately receive their work.
At the conclusion of the experience, Teambonders collects and coordinates the completed hands for professional quality inspection and global distribution through the program’s charitable network.
Helping Hands fosters communication, collaboration, accountability and shared purpose. It is an unforgettable choice for corporate meetings, leadership retreats, conferences, employee engagement events and organizations looking to make Corporate Social Responsibility more meaningful.
Looking for a corporate team-building activity that creates more than points, prizes or another trophy?

Professionally hosted by Teambonders, the experience combines collaboration, problem-solving and purpose into one powerful corporate event.
