Bridge Building Team Activity

This activity is an interactive, thinking-building activity that motivates teams to work together to solve problems and succeed. Build a bridge - build excitement and have a constructive team interaction.
Teams design, construct and test their bridges for strength, size, payload and durability. Careful – Teambonders chooses the materials and set the parameters – so only the grandest of structures will prevail! And we are not talking about model bridges, teams will construct a platform that will carry the weight of the entire time at least a little above the ground.
This is a perfect hands-on team building activity for company events, conferences and social gatherings. It's an ice-breaker for new teams as everyone needs to contribute to get a structure built in time.
How the Activity Works
Each team races the clock to build a load bearing bridge with supplied materials such as: drill, screws, insulation sheets, rope...
Be an engineer for the day, and consider design strategy, load capacity and construction techniques.
Your on-site Teambonders host and our facilitation team will get everyone building relationships, friendships, cooperation, and of course, an amazing bridge!
