All-Size Creative Construction
Building relationships, building friendships, boosting morale and having a great time doing it! That sums up ICIC's All-Size Creative Construction. With no previous skills necessary, your team will build something together that they can all be proud of.

Props!
We’ve borrowed the concept from the hit TV show, “Who’s Line is it Anyway?”, and geared it so everyone can play! Teams face off against one another generating uses for crazy looking items and then present their ideas to the rest of the group. This wildly popular activity is great for both small and medium sized groups.
Nail it down!
Try to balance a dozen nails on the head of one. Try bending your mind around that! Used in any type of programming option, your team will work together to unwrap the secret to this timeless 3 dimensional riddle.
Human Structure
Freeze frame! Using nothing but everyone’s body, teams strive to create the most complete and detailed image they can. Used in any type of programming option, this activity really captures the collective creativity of the team. Some of the things we’ve seen would blow your mind!
Adventure Course and Low Ropes Challenges
If it’s the pure challenge you’re after, your team can be guaranteed that this is no ordinary walk in the park. Initiativew walls, bridges and teeter totters are just a few of the many elements to choose from. Utilizing some of the best Low Ropes courses in Ontario resort country and the Toronto indoor scene, we can ensure that this day won’t soon be forgotten.
Animal Noises (Icebreaker)
Watch as your co-workers perform their best barn yard animal impressions in an effort to unite with the rest “of their kind”.
Olympic Simon Says (Icebreaker)
Limber up and get set to experience the quickest Simon Says around. You just try to keep up with our fast talking brand of re-energizing fun!
Headline News
Each team is provided with a stack of old newspapers. Using nothing but their collective imaginations, bare hands, their bodies, and those papers for props, they must create a still or short scene depicting something. The team that has the most creative and detailed scene after the allotted time wins the event.
The Volatile Island of Tarp
Using a plastic tarp that is barely large enough for all the team members to stand on, everyone is instructed that the tarp is an island and that the ground outside of the tarp’s surface is some type of wretched substance. The goal for the group is to turn the tarp over, without stepping off. Competing head to head, groups will find a number of different solutions while laughing themselves silly!
The Big Squeeze
We’ll squeeze your group into tons of crazy shapes while performing a little body building – ICIC style. Absolutely anything can be incorporated including your company logo.
Quick Sand
Using only the materials provided, teams must devise a strategic device whereby each member is safely transported across the imaginary “quick sand”. Mistakes will take you back to the beginning so execution is the key. The amount of time allotted for planning is limited so teams must act quickly to determine their course of action. Once the planning time is up, teams compete against each other and themselves, putting their strategies to the test.
Radioactive Man
Teams are challenged with the task of trying to remove the “contamination” from the danger area and avoid contaminating everyone in the entire company! Using a narrow field of materials, teams must devise an agreeable strategy and work together to move the poached poultry from the danger area to the safety zone. This race against each other and the clock is just crazy enough to work. Materials commonly allocated include: rope, tin foil, marbles, carabineers and duct tape.
Just Stuff It
As part of a group icebreaker, this activity works like no other to tear down barriers and immediately place everyone on the same level. One by one, each person on each team must stuff marshmallows in their mouth and repeat “the secret” phrase. The team with the most successful “stuffers” wins the event. For those that can’t stomach marshmallows, try Red-Hot’s on for size.
